[2023] I did not get the compensation cache and I tried everything (I think)

I am on Xbox s. My inventory is not full I just got the game early January. I play everyday. I made sure to disable quick play and turned my Xbox off and on. I have no caches and my mats are not maxed. I’m shd 200 and only have 24 exotic components. The only caches I have are the clothes kind. Nothing in my mail either. Just really confused. I played a lot during the week of crashes and not being able to fast travel from NY to DC or change targeted loot.
