[2021] Did more stupid players joined the game ?

I just returned from a break from the division 2 , i joined a random mission and halfway i got kicked for apparently standing in the middle of the fire and not moving , i was using the decoy.

I am the main DPS and before i joined i saw them clearly struggling trying to do the mission and once i joined i was carrying them through easily , how did the developers allow such a useless system and design a failure of a vote kick system that is constantly being abused , it is appalling that some players are so ******ed that they do not know what are the skills available in the game . there should be a system where the group should not be able to invite others and have to 3 man it seeing as they wasted my time and abusing the vote kick or rather stupidly using the vote kick.
