[2021] Chest Piece Transmog...

How come trying to Transmog a Fenris Hurvansk(?) Chest over to the Murakami Tatami Plate won't stick/work?

I see it while in my inventory, yet when I go back out to game world/zone, I'm still wearing the Fenris look?

Everything else that I transmog'd looks fine, just the freaking chest piece keeps failing.
