[2022] Missing the Min Gun from the specialization skill list

Hi, I have the Division 2 with year 1 pass and Warlords of New York. I got all the specialization skills showing but I do not have the min gun on my list? Can you tell me why it does not show up as the rest do? I was thinking I should have them all with the Year 1 pass I got. I'm Level 40

Sorry to hear you don't have the minigun !

It should indeed be equipped when you use the gunner, could you please send me a screenshot of your unlocked gunner as well as a screenshot showing you don't have the minigun info ?
