My agent (50 days of in-game playtime) has disappeared this AM. XBOX updated their privacy. Then I logged into division and character is completely gone (only had one). Need help spent over a year playing hours a day. My ticket number with UbiSoft support is 12714237.

If others are getting same issue on XBOX or other platforms reply.

Looking into this, it looks as though your character has been restored
