[2023] constant mk-01

got division 2 from steam and wanting to try it out but i get constant mk-01 even tho the servers are running fine as server status says . iv even waited 15 minutes twice and tried again like they said and tried other things people said and also tried to connect with and without a vpn but still didnt work . what should i do ? refund ?
