[2022] My stats on Ubisoft Connect don't reflect my main character stats

It's doesn't look like the stats page on Ubisoft Connect show the stats from my main character that got up to lvl 40 and I have a lot of play time on. For instance my total playtime doesn't increase if I play my lvl 40 character but will increase when I play my second character. It did have some stats from my main character but seems to have stopped recording or increasing anything. I don't know where else to report this and I want to keep up on my stats on all my characters not just my new one.
