[2020] Directive Bonuses in Open World not applying (XBOX)

No sure if anyone else has noticed, but for the last few days I have noticed that the Directive bonuses are not being applied correctly after changing or startup (I think the problem may have coincided with the new Global Event???)

Example CP on Heroic World Difficulty and 3 Directives Active only giving 296K XP, should be 513K

I found restarting the game clears the issue.
