Its been a Week now and I haven't received the 3000 premium credits (One Time offer pack for A$29.95) that I purchased through the Ubisoft store website (store.ubi.com/anz). I have only 200 Premium credits (the ones you get for free when levelling up) as showing in the in-game Apparel store and the Premium Credits menu. And on top of that, the One time Offer That I purchased through the website is still showing up as available to purchase when I have already purchased it on 7th July through the ubisoft store website.
I have an open case but in 1 week all I got is a generic response telling me to check the Apparel store and credit menu for the amount of available credits and a link to fix connectivity issues. I have no connectivity issues and have verified the game files as well.
The issue is that Ubisoft has taken the money but refuses to even look at my ingame account to see that they haven't fulfilled the order or atleast reply back with an offer to refund.
Can someone please solve this Issue for me and either get the support to apply the 3000 Premium credits or send refund as there's no order fulfillment? I am really let down with the very generic bot like response from them asking me to check in game without even reading that I have... tens of times a day . Should I open a Paypal dispute to get them to check that their has been no credit to my account?
I wanted to buy the season pass and the specialisations unlock but now I am already losing my heart and interest in game while thinking of how I lost both money and time and they refuse to even acknowledge that they haven't fulfilled the order.
Sorry for the added rant but I feel downhearted with this experience.

What was it you purchased from the store and was it part of any one-time Division offers for season 9? If so we are in the process of refunding customers who happened to purchase this offer.

Thanks for the reply @Longstridee I can see you opened a case on the 10th.

Could you please reupload your proof of purchase from the launcher this time make sure it is uncropped and on the full screen showing your username, as we require screenshots like this to be uncropped for proof of purchases.

I believe the next step will be to refund you for these One Time Offer credits, so all I can do is apologize for the wait whilst we get back to you.
