[2022] Buying Season Ranks with premium credits bugged

I used 1000 Premium Credits to level my Season Rank from 38-48. During the initial transaction it seemed to be working, my credits were being spent and the Season Rank reward bar was advancing.

The issue I came across though was, after spending all 1000 premium credits, my Rank had not actually progressed to 48 but all 1000 of my premium credits were gone . There was a message at the bottom left of my screen that said “season rewards pending” but after a while , that message went away and I still had not received my ranks or rewards but my 1000 credits are still gone . I have checked my stash multiple times to see if anything would be in the mailbox section, but nothing is there.

I have already made a case report with the support team but I figured I would bring the issue up in here as well because the issue has still not been resolved.
