[2023] Named weapon without talent

Hi, i dunno is this has already been reported but i got into a "funny" situation while helping a friend in NY.
Apperantly you can get the new named revolver but in purple. As far as i know there can not be named purple gear.
But basically when i got the weapon it had no talent. Not even the normal version of it. Also, it had no attributes. No bonues weapon damage or a second attribute.
