I'm a relatively new player. I soloed my way on Heroic through ViewPoint to test a new build and enjoyed myself and it was not too difficult to get to the end with the 3 EMPs on the rooftop. Only problem is the enemies up there, unlike in the mission, are able to range very freely, flank, take cover indefinitely, and you have a tight timer to destroy the three EMPs on the move. I cannot do it. The game does not let you call for backup here for some reason. It also does not let you teleport out. There's no menu option to leave or quit the mission. I am permanently stuck here because quitting the game and restarting just brought me back here.
There needs to be a way out if you can't do a mission. This is ridiculous!
Eventually did it after trying a few things, and venting unfortunately on Discord. You couldn't really fight them and had to rush the EMPs, but it was so easy to get there and so hard to actually do it solo that you really should allow a way to abort the attempt.
