I just activated the season pass for season 2 two days ago. Before I activated the season pass, I had all 15 levels showing available to me for the 2x XP multiplier. After I activated the season pass, it reset the counter saying 0 levels left and the bonus reward season cache is locked.
So I have 2 issues:
1. I missed out on the season cache box that is now lost and locked forever
2. I missed on 15 extra levels that I would have gotten, making me miss out on 3.75 keys for the Phoenix Down apparel event. The apparel event is already such a grind and it would have been really nice to have gotten the extra boost that I was supposed to get.
This same thing happened to both mine and my husband's accounts. My son, who also plays, didn't activate his season pass yet, because we told him not too, is getting all 15 level multipliers without purchasing anything. This is so backward and broken.
We activated our seasons passes to make sure we got all the rewards we were supposed to and all we did was 0 out our multiplier and lost out on 15 extra levels of XP and Phoenix down apparel keys.
Not sure how this can be fixed. I think we are owed either the premium credits for the 3-4 Phoenix down apparel keys we lost at least, else somehow credited for the 3-4 keys we lost out on.
