[2022] Characters Gone?

Morning all -

I have been playing CODWZ2 since its release and decided to run with the clan last night. When I logged into D2 I noticed all four of my characters are gone? I quickly speed ran NY and was hoping my gear might have been in the stash and even though a good bit was, all of my PVP builds and level 20-21 gear is all gone! Is this something UBISOFT can assist me in recovering?
