Well get home from work and clicked on the Division 2 short cut today and played for about an hour. Had to go and get something to eat so quit the game and after eating double clicked the division 2 short cut and nothing this is the forth time it happened the first three times it happened i uninstalled and reinstalled but i dont feel like doing that again, the short cut should not just randomly stop working.

I'm sorry that the shortcut seemed to stop working. Are you able to launch the EXE directly?
In this case I would suggest creating a new shortcut from the EXE in the game folder, and let us know if the issue persists.
