As a first step, please try to verify your game files if you haven't yet. Doing this will help check if any game files may have been corrupted and could be causing this to occur. After that, please go ahead and go through our basic PC troubleshooting guide. I'd also suggest going through our PC connectivity guide, and the connectivity guide for the game too. Even if you aren't having any connection issues with other games these steps will still help to make sure you have the best connection to The Division 2.
