Considering the multitude of freezes / crash to desktop experience by lots of users playing the Division 2 whcih has been reported for over a year now with no resolution or concere response from Ubisoft. The actions taking by Ubisoft are utter disgrace and not good enough!
Considering this game is being charged at full price for PC users and with known core game issues preventing many from enjoying this title, I wish to know what Ubisoft will be doing to compensate for this. This should be of the uttermost priority of your development team and all other case loads in regards to Division 2 for PC should cease until this major issue is fixed. As such I'd will be requesting compensation to the value I have spent on this title to make up for the year of poor service on behalf of Ubisoft.
I eagerly await a sincere reesponse, which is well overdue for PC users of the DIvision 2.
