[2022] Doctor Home didn't reach my inventory post General Anderson fight

I completed the General Anderson fight (Season 10 finale) I glimpsed the red exotic banner as my character was getting in the chopper, manhunt menu shows Doctor Home ticked.. however I DO NOT have it in my inventory... went back and ran back re completed the mission however no sign of the Doctor Home sitting there to be collected- only the addition of a different exotic to my inventory on the completion.

Can I get my Doctor Home given back to me? or is there something else I need to have done?
