So I have 2 or 3 nice ones.
It has been 6+ months of Hyena boxes being opened and none of the 3 parts have dropped.
Then yesterday on 3 consecutive openings all 3 parts dropped. So for fun went to the Whitehouse made sure no chatterbox in box or on player. World on heroic, jumped to Bank Headquarters (not invaded)mission on Heroic. Find the key, open the vault open the box no blueprint. I thought the blueprint was a guaranteed drop if you had all 3 parts?
Waited 24+ hours and ran BV again same conditions. No Blueprint. Did the guaranteed drop change to RNG drop or is this a glitch?
I know these are random drops once you have one as well as exotic caches but if someone was doing it the old fashioned way seems it cannot be completed. Just info this toon was original toon from start day 1 and has completed it the old fashioned way several times.
