[2020] Firewall specialization complete stuck with 3 points after activating it

I recently completed all field research steps 1-5 for the firewall specialization. I also have the year 1 pass and I am not able to put more than 3 points into any of the new specializations even after I activate them . ESPECIALLY firewall since I completed all 5 field research steps this is confusing me. I can put 165 into all the rest technician demo and survivalist but only 3 into all the others after activating and completing the steps. I am at a loss since I've done everything to unlock firewall I even have the flamethrower in my possession equipped and it still wont let me put more than 3 points when all the others say I can put 165 . Please help as I have grinded for hours to complete the research and thought this would fix the problem, but it's still happening and I'm getting extremely frustrated . Among other bugs like when I hit season level 65 and didnt receive quiet roar .... theres way too many glitches and bugs for the money I paid and the hours I've put in. . Dont get me wrong I love the game so far and will continue to play but this is extremely frustrating only being able to play 3 specs at the moment .
