Hi,
I have not been able to connect to the game for several days. When I run Ubisoft Connect, it takes a good few minutes to finally turn on (it hangs on 'Initializing' for most of the time waiting). As soon as the client loads, then when you try to start the game, first there is a problem with synchronizing achievements to the cloud, and when I press 'skip', the game only shows no connection with Ubisoft services (with the error code BRAVO-04 - attached jpg).

I have already tried my network hardware reset, computer reset, new hosts file, DNS flushing, have UPnP enabled, currently have the latest drivers for my network card, I'm connected to the Internet by cable (cable speed according to speedtest sites is Dwnld ~ 950Mbps / Upld ~ 120Mbps ). I've got the DxDiag and MSInfo files to share if needed (I'm not allowed to attach them here now - should I be?)

Could you please help me? Don't know what else to check/set/fix to be able to connect to the game.

I'm very sorry to hear you're unable to connect to The Division 2, thank you for your detailed description of what's going on. When you say several days, about when did this begin occurring for you? Were you able to also forward the ports for the game during your connection troubleshooting? If not, here's a link that will list them for you.
