This is another instance where we might need to see images or a short video of the problem you're running into. Here's a guide for taking screenshots using your PS4. You may need to either save the screenshots onto a USB storage device like a flash drive, or use the sharing feature to upload them to twitter so that you can save them from there instead.
Please take a screenshot showing the map with the mission description visible, and another one showing the location where you are. This should give me a bit of a better idea of which specific part of the mission is getting suck for you like this.
