[2023] Survivalist Backpack Skin bug

Hi

I equip the skin of the Survivalist Backpack once and now the skin is on all off my backpack and can't remove it. Even my exotic have the skin on it. You can see on the screeshot, the skin is on the exoticNinja backpack. Is there a way to remove the skin on my backpack ?

This issue is known to and being looked into by the team, but they've requested some further information.

  • You note that this happens with all backpacks, may we please know which others?
  • Does this issue occur in one specific place such as The Summit or anywhere in-game?
  • Could you please also capture and share a video of the issue, particularly your other impacted backpacks?
