[2022] Delta-03 Random Crashes

I just downloaded the free trial and after fiddling with some admin settings on my PC, I got crashes to desktop to stop pretty much entirely. However, since I started playing the game, I've been experiencing the Delta-03 disconnection error pretty much every 5-10 minutes on average. Yesterday I was able to play for about an hour with no issue, but today it's been consistent enough that I can't justify trying to play through a single side mission since I'll almost always disconnect by the end of it. Is this related to the issues on the server status page, or is something else going on? I've already gone through the troubleshooting steps and my ISP replaced our hardware about 3 months ago. I'm also not seeing any connectivity issues on my end. Any help is appreciated.
