[2022] Screen dimmed

I have not had any issues playing this game until today. When the game starts the screen is dimmed and I have adjusted all of the settings to brighten the screen but nothing is working. I updated the drivers to the video card and still it is dimmed out. My brother also is having the same problem with his game which also started today.
