[2019] Accessing Bounties screen

Following the latest patch, whereas before I could access the information in my Bounties submenu, I can no longer do this. When I click Bounties the information pops up on screen for about half a second then disappears leaving only the background.
Anyone else got this?
Is a repair coming?

Hey Votercolonel1, could you please take a short video/screenshot of this occurring for a bug report? Also, if this has been happening to anyone else, please let me know.

For now if Kagato's workaround still allows access to the Bounties screen, that's good to know.
