[2022] Deleted character - PS5

Can someone pls help with my character which is lost, my psn user is tidusx314, logged into the game and realized my character is gone

The character level is 725
The last time I played was October 19, from 12:00 pm est to 3:00 pm est.

Please moderators, approve this message so that I get visibility into my issue.
