So I have been saying it over and over every time they do another bad skill change or add another mod on an already festering system. This week I just went ahead and did what I have been saying would happen. Skills have become too easy to buff and build into, DPS is not even based on gear stats but getting the right talents, and Armor is one of the easiest stats to actually build around because of the huge % buffs on talents, stats, brands, and mods. Well now you can all see why I was telling everyone the sky is falling. With great joy I present the I was right build. AKA the Jack of all trades. With a little more farming I could get 400K armor easy..... just think about that. Skill tank and DPS all in one.

As I've mentioned on other threads talking about builds and the meta... hybrid builds (jack of all trades builds) being among the best and mostly predominant in the meta seems (to me, personally) to be the ideal jumping-off point. With this, each of the different polarized builds give and take from the core of the hybrid - ideally.

MutantCowby, with this video and discussion, has pointed out that hybrids very well may be too strong, with negligible gains for pretty serious losses if you try to specialize, or pretty consistent gains for minimal losses if you just go harder into the hybrid.

To jump off of something MutantCowboy said specifically...
A full red build should have a huge damage advantage, but they just don't. A full yellow build should be beyond any other skill users in terms of effectiveness
What do you feel is a good high-benchmark for each of the different polarized build types? What is the most that the best optimized build in a particular category should be able to dish out, in your view?

To go one step further, what should each of those setups then have to give up?
