Hello My friend and I did 3 mission after we made sure we received an email confirming that we were on the program 24 hours have passed and I still have not received the Reward.
I wanted to open a case With ubisoft technical support But it is not available because of COVID?
Do you have any suggestions on what to do?

Hey there.

Sorry to hear about this.

You should be able to reach us directly via live chat but only during office hours and it was a bank holiday for a lot of us this past weekend which has probably limited this further.

However you can also reach our social teams at any time on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you to investigate this further.
