This probably has been mentioned before. There is one echo everyone seems to have missing "Pleased to meet you Mr President". I have filed a case with ubi and they closed it saying its getting looked into. But if it is the echo on camp whiteout fay lau mission then surely it cannot be that hard to fix. If not then just say it's not. I have looked high and low online but nothing about it apart from people complaining that it's nowhere to be seen. I suppose we'll just have to wait to what ubi have to say.

I'm not a developer/programmer so can't really comment on how difficult it would be to fix, but I can tell you that the developers know that this is an issue.
