Last report attempt. I was with three to 4 other clanmates last night at the summit. My issue was not that i went down, because, that is expected to happen on heroic gameplay but that when i did go down, my reviver hive started to revive me but stopped working. This is after i made sure beforehand to have repair charges and reviver armor repair mods equipped. I will be enclosing a photo i edited via layout app to show when it both started and stopped working as well as video link. Video:
