I have finished my manhunt and didn't not get the doctor home weapon so I flew back to see if it dropped any where didn't see have check my inventory and my stash nothing restarted the whole thing again nothing any help

There was a recent change made to how the Dr. Home weapon gets rewarded to you. If you did not already receive it from replaying the mission up to now, please do so and it should be automatically added to your inventory, or your stash if your inventory is full.
Let me know if you cannot receive the weapon this way.
