* Type of Bug: Exotics not dropping on Manhunt: General Anderson.
* Description: At the end of the mission, in team play, who ever hits the extract button gets the exotic. Everyone else does not.
* Steps to reproduce: Buddy and I played through the manhunt mission twice. First run, I hit the extract button and got the exotic (bullet king), buddy got nothing. Second run, buddy hit extract, got exotic (dread edict) I got nothing.
* Expected result: when completing the mission, all party members should get an exotic weapon/gear.
* Observed result: which ever player hits the extract prompt first (pressing x on Xbox), gets an exotic weapon/gear. All other party members only get XP.
* Reproduction rate: 100%
