Developers,

I understand that this game needs to be accessible to those who don't have the ability to put in the time to create great builds, or those who want to have fun with builds that are not "optimal" but are fun for them, but that's why you have different skill levels for missions.

The highest skill level for each mission, challenging/heroic, needs to really force me to think. It doesn't need to be Nintendo hard, but it has to really force me to use cover, use my defender drone to move in tough spots. I'm not asking for a lot here I don't think. The highest skill levels should be respected by all and impossible for some.

Am I alone on this?

Based on what I've seen from the forums you aren't alone on this. There are definitely some players who feel the game is too easy at the moment, especially in light of the nerfs from the patch. However, there are also some who say it is too difficult. While the patch did indeed reduce some damage and health amounts, one thing I think has been overlooked is the widening of enem variety on harder difficulty settings.

Difficulty and challenge more often can come from the enemy composition rather than their health/damage/armor/etc. numbers. Well, at least the more interesting difficulty. For example, I think most people might find a fight with 3 Grenadier enemies more interesting and difficult than 1 Grenadier enemy with 3x health and 3x damage output (it's a guess, but I'd like to think an educated one.)

As we go further into the new patch and eventually have the raid, I'll be curious to see how the enemy NPC changes feel to everyone. In the meantime, what content up until this point has been the most challenging for you to complete? What was the context surrounding that ordeal? (Your build, skills, weapons, gameplay experience, etc.)
