[2019] Control Points +3 and +4 dont have CRAFTING BLUEPRINTS anymore as reward ?

Control Points give a limited pool of blueprints. As in, you can only get so many blueprints from completing Control Points. Once you have reached that limit, you'll have to get Blueprints from another source. Think of it as a potential pool running dry.
