Tidal Basin Flag Warp
  • A certain flag on Tidal Basin warps itself just as you enter the vicinity of the second anti-viral container.
  • Video
  • To reproduce, get to the second anti-viral container at Tidal Basin and look at the flag while moving back and forth and ADSing.
  • The flag warps.
  • The flag should not warp.
  • Reproduction Rate: 100%
