I have reached lvl 40 with this character.
Since I have relocated to Liberty Island, and reached lvl 40, I have not received a single performance cache.
Is this a bug or a glitch, or is it a "feature" and is working as intended?
I get the visual effects of having completed a level or xp gain, but receive no caches.
every time I get the flash/flare... i check my inventory... and no cache...
And why the heck are we forced to stay on the island until we defeat Keener?
This particular toon I have, is not properly geared, leveled or min/maxed for the keener final mission.
