[2022] armor on kill not proc-ing

hey need help, armor on kill isnt working, first noticed when using hunter fury 3-set, health on kill procs, armor on kill wasn't.

Have now tried multiple variations of armour on kill mods, backpack traits etc nothing is working.

anyone else having this issue? and any idea how to fix it???
