[2019] What is this thing?

I keep seeing people use something that looks like a grenade circle, but then it homes in on like 3-4 people and sets them on fire and kills everything it hit.

What is it? Is it seeker mines? At first I thought it was the grenade launcher, but mine doesn't do that.

Sounds like the Cluster Mine variants of the Seeker Mine skill. You can give it a look-see at the Base of Operations!
