[2021] Accidentally delete character

Hi ,

my main character is accidental deleted , I have filed a case, is it a chance that can be restored? Usually how long will it take if so ?

Username - yashaiu
Characters missing or accidentally deleted -2
Last time accessed - around 7pm oct 8, 2021
Character level - main 156 or 159 secondary 26 ?
