[2021] I don't know if this is normal, but

I was playing with two friends on Tuesday and I noticed that we were unable to change the mission mode at the Union District Arena. After that, I realized that I also couldn't change at the Capitol, Grand Washington Hotel and some other missions. Even before Tuesday we were able to change modes normally. Someone would know if it is some kind of bug or if this is normal, if the modes can only be changed in the missions that are in the rotation of the week, I really don't know if it is normal or not.
