The Artificier Hive when used in the Summit is very hit and miss as to whether it will buff/heal skills when deployed.
Example.
Artificer is deployed on the ground.
turret 1 is on the ground
turret 2 is on a half cover (higher than 1)
turret 3 is up on a full cover (higher than 2).
All turrets are within the radius of the hive.
Only the turret on the ground will be buffed.
Also noticed that the artificer will not work they open double doors, despite being in clear sight of skills.
Its easy to replicate, just follow the above steps.
This works as intended in DC and NYC.
