I have been going back and forth, forth and back and sideways on this and no one has a distinct answer. Yes I know gear drops via RNG.
I have almost 300hrs of playing time and not once have i come across a 29.5% total armor piece or any piece that gives over 10% total armor. I have never come across any piece that has given a weapon damage over 8%.
I have done lvl 4 cp I have done challenging missions. Attempted and failed the raid many times.
I have days worth of playing time in all the DZ occupied included which I prefer.
Dont even say try heroic missions I have loot still is the same.
I have been on lately for hours at a time and still dont run into this loot so what is the magic trick?
Ive tried different clan vendors.
Ive tried different DZ vendors,.
Ive done projects bounties.
WTH Massive will TU5 address this or no?
