[2020] NY vendor Roy bugged?

for the last 2 weeks roy in newyork has not been accesable
he shows the checkmark saying hes got new stuff but there is NO way to open his vending menu
i am missing out on items coz of this bug

also the manhunt briefing infin loop is REALLY annoying cant do anything ingame untill this is fixed

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues.

The infinite loop issue has been reported and is being investigated by the dev team.

Regarding your issue with the vendor, would you be able to provide a video of this please.
