[2021] Wrath of the Druids Expansion

I have the Ultimate Edition of Valhalla and am still unable to download the Wrath of the Druids expansion without paying again. I have sent many emails in customer support with attachments of screenshots, videos and game codes with it to conclude with being told to keep an eye on this forum. That was over a month ago yet my issue is still listed under ‘Resolved Issues/Queries’ when for me it is clearly not. All responses now continue to refer me to this forum which is yet to be updated regarding my issue. Can anyone help, I’m running out of options and don’t know what else to do? I want to play the expansion but don’t think that will ever happen without paying again.
