For the issue you are having opening a support ticket, all you need to do is manually log out and then back in on that support page. You will be able to open a ticket afterwards.

As for your issue starting this mission, please try the workaround below -

The workaround steps:

1. Call for backup
2. Make the player who answers the call the party leader
3. Have that player start the mission for you
4. Complete the mission like normal

And please keep in mind, that you are required to be civil and respectful towards other players. If someone makes a suggestion in the hope of helping you fix your issue, be kind to them in return. Future instances of rudeness will be met with forum infractions that could result in you losing the ability to post here.

Unfortunately, you will need to perform some browser troubleshooting, particularly I would recommend closing all of your open tabs and performing a full browser reset. There are currently no issues with the support website, so the issue can hopefully be resolved with troubleshooting on your end! We have a full guide available here.

As for the workaround I suggested not working, please record a video of the entire process for us and link us to that in this thread. We will need to see that you are following those steps very specifically, as it has worked in every test we've performed so far. Please keep in mind that this cannot be done by joining a friend directly for co-op, it will need to be done with a random player using Call for Backup.

The video you posted did not contain any of what I posted as a workaround. You need to join with a random not a friend, make them your group leader, and have them start the blocked mission for you. Please do this and record a video, so that we can see if it does not work.
