Survival was the best mode of division1, ubi should bring him back to division2.

But i dont liked that infection timer, fixed medicines reward players using smartphones with maps or good memory to go exactly where meds are spawn and make all experiences timed instead we can run same instance for all morning etc...

My suggestion is:

Make in instance mode allowing pve and pvp options modes like division1

Disable all fast travel and acess to stash and white house facilities

Disable map infos for make players being imerse in a unknown environment(just mini map showing direction of accepted bounty)

Use militia npcs to give us contracts/quests to eliminate bosses(like bounties) , stuff like save militia from npcs locked in a gunfight and militia giving contracts/quests like bounties or kill xx enemies

Put extra enemies in world

Make player capable of start and use just equipped loadout, if want change gear...will be need find in this mode after kill npcs. (This should help us to tune our builds and really feel that builds making difference) plus dont start from zero like division1 survival

Only way to keep loot is somekind of extraction to leave that instance with loot maybe after some milestones like survive for 2 hours, kill 20 named enemies, find and recover some stuff...

Just imagine i overwhelmed by enemies with my sniper build and some player nearby deciding help me and both getting contracts from allies/militia in this world to accomplish random contracts without change spec or acess our stashs.

Some of the big appeal, if I recall correctly, was just that. Everyone starts from a completely equal playing field every time.No meta-focused builds, no overpowered synergies, no cheesy strategies... just a test of skill and game world knowledge.

Plus the added tension of the storm-torn city and a desperate fight for your life didn't hurt either.
