[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Can't get the exotic holster/ Project bugged?

So I got the first project bought from the vendor, captured the point and got the first piece. Then I got the 3 next pieces. So now in my inventory I have Fast leather belt, Ornate leather holster, Inverted leather holster and Oiled hammer guards. I know we are supposed to go to the projects NPC in the white house to get the next project but it wont show. Also there is always a legend on the bottom that reads "New projects available" but that NPC wont give it to me.
So, is there a way around this? Should I level a new char to try to get the print?
