What was not stated in this dubious deal was that you have to grind to find a sacrificial Sweet Dreams Exotic, and then scrap another exotic just for the spare parts. So two exotics (which are as rare as Rocking Horse ****) are needed to make that promised upgrade.

This is not what we were sold at all. These hidden terms are a bit ****ing onerous, to be quite frank.

i think the ruthless w/UE was even more of a ripoff.
it was advertised as an ASSAULT RIFLE , but it's just a lame RIFLE ; along with the other downsides you mentioned.
