I am loosing out on patience waiting for fixes.
The game takes about 6 minutes to load up and this has been going on for days with no update on sight.
I play on a i7, 1080Ti SLI and have frequent frame drops during gameplay, ultimately freezing the game making me have to restart time and time again.
The textures don't always load up properly in various areas of the game, this is what I get playing at 4k resolution.

Now, if this were a one off problem, I would let it go but this is becoming a common occurrence ever since the 16th April Patch. The casual noob developers broke the game more than they fixed anything.
The other common issue I face is while teleporting or fast traveling to any place in the game. This too is a common occurrence, happens at least a few times a day. I would use fast travel but never get there. The loading circular loop on the left side would not budge and even if i wait 20 minutes, it would stay the same, I can't cancel it or do anything else except having to start the game again which takes 6 minutes or more to load up.
The other problem is constant stuttering and freezing during combat. I thought my system should not have these problems, I have this high end system with two 1080ti graphic cards but I am wrong. I thought it could be a problem with 4K resolution with all settings on ultra, so I toned everything down to medium to see if performance improves. Just to reiterate, I had no such problems before the patch on 16th April, 2019. I was playing everything without any issues. I did not have to tone down my settings. I was fully dialed up. Now, even if I play at 1080p resolution and all settings on medium with minimum FPS of over 120, the problem still stays. I look up my processor and it's under 50% usage but the game stutters and freezes leaving me no other option but to restart it again.
I have more time invested trying to log in than in the actual game the last few days (maybe a bit of exaggeration but that's how it feels).
Now, problems happen but so do fixes, the developers run to fix some insignificant loot bug and in the process break the game's stability entirely. It's been days and there is nothing about fixing server stability and game breaking features that impede a consumer's enjoyment. They would only act in haste if someone was exploiting some inconsequential loot mechanism but everything else can go to **** for all they care.
The Support, I have never seen a worse support system than Ubisoft. You can write a ticket this year and maybe, get a response sometimes next year ( it took them 20 days or more to respond once and another time they did not even care to respond to one of my tickets. I try and call them up and I am the 600th customer in cue and the estimated response time is 5 days on that call( if I tone down the apparent exaggeration, I was 80 in cue and waited for 200 minutes on a call just to give them a piece of my mind but eventually had to keep down the phone for having been on wait for 230 minutes).
It appears that a 1.3 billion company does not even have one full time employee for support services. Support of any kind is non existent with Ubisoft.
This concludes my rant.
Ubisoft, you are like **** sticking at the end of a stick. Shamelessness at its best.
